Our Beautiful Location...
The Wellness Center is located in the scenic
town of Mount Shasta, CA. The facility is nestled in evergreens
and sits just below glorious Mount Shasta. The facility
is designed to take advantage of the beauty that this wonderful
area offers. Large windows surrounding the pool and gym
provide members and guests with pleasant surroundings and
peace of mind in a "healing atmosphere". |
 Facility
History:
Mt. Shasta Physical Therapy was established in 1979 and
is owned and operated by Linda Stremel, PT. We moved to
our current location in 1994. We completed a new addition to our facility in May 2006. This addition includes new physical therapy and rental office space, a beautiful spacious classroom, expanded restrooms and sauna.We are elated to work surrounded
by nature's beauty. Our facility compliments both physical
therapy and our fitness program. The staff works
closely with members and patients in a friendly cooperative
manner.

I-5 take the central Mount Shasta exit.

Turn
left on Pine St. at the Chamber of Commerce building (before
the railroad tracks).

Pass
the hospital and go over the I-5 overpass to Lassen Lane.

Doctor's
Park is the first turn on the right after the overpass.

The Wellness Center
is the first building in the Park.
